Josiah Needham

I’m Josiah Needham, a communicator, speaker, and mental health advocate based in Jacksonville. After overcoming personal struggles with mental health and adversity, I became passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and valued through honest conversation and authentic connection.

 

I’m currently studying Human Communication with a minor in Social Services at Southeastern University while growing my career as a Support Sales Representative at Ferguson. Alongside my professional journey, I’m building a platform centered on mental health awareness, personal growth, and public speaking.

 

I’m also a drummer, creative, and storyteller who believes music and communication have the power to inspire hope and bring people together. Because humans somehow survive by turning pain into art and conversation.
